Right now I’m polishing the branch junctions, aiming for branches that feel like they grow out of the trunk rather than being “glued on”.
Key Features (current):
Trunk growth with taper / flare / curvature + procedural variation
Branch system with depth-based control (length, angle, gravity, phototropism)
Improved junctions: smooth tangent blending + subtle “collar” bulge
Roots: buttress + surface roots, with terrain/obstacle adaptation
Foliage clusters with density / size variation (including conifer-friendly distribution)
Gravity - 0.032 to 0.940
